How do I place a return or exchange?

We are bummed your order didn’t meet your expectations. Please reach out to with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we will be happy to sort that out for you.  

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure you save the box your helmet came in and have your order number ready in order to place your return. Then shoot us an email and we will handle the rest. You will be refunded in full using the same form of payment used to place the order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
